A 14-year-old boy has successfully built a wonderful little house for his younger sister. Today, he is receiving offers from major construction companies.

A resident of Wrexham, UK, asked his 14-year-old son Bradley to build a small house for his younger sister. The motivation was simply to provide a different activity, as the boy was spending his days indoors playing video games.

However, once he got started, Bradley pleasantly surprised everyone. His construction was so well done that it caught the attention of the entire Internet and garnered admiration from many employers around the world.

A Fun Project for His Son

Mark Williams, 48, from Wrexham, UK, decided to give his son Bradley a project. He wanted him to transform a nook in the garden into a two-story playhouse for his younger sister Ellie Mae.

But it was not just to make the little girl happy: “I decided to assign this task to Brad because I know he’s handy, but instead of creating something, he spends his days playing video games,” the father explained.

As soon as he received the task, Bradley showed no resistance and immediately got to work. According to his father, the project took him barely a week and he completed it almost entirely on his own. Mark only stepped in when his son was unsure about holding a material while securing it:

“I only helped when he was tired or unsure about what to hold. Or when he was using sharp tools. But overall, he did it all by himself and wanted to be independent in the construction,” he shared.

A Project That Attracts Construction Companies

Bradley managed the project from start to finish, from design to furnishing the little house. The total cost was only £200 (approximately €230), with most of the materials sourced from his father’s factory where he works.

Once the work was completed, Mark, proud of his son, decided to share the achievement on social media. The post was seen by thousands of people: “I posted the story of the project on Facebook for people to see. We couldn’t believe the reactions,” said Mark.

The post received around 27,000 likes and thousands of supportive and warm comments. But that wasn’t the only surprise: the achievement also caught the attention of several companies, including well-known firms in Australia and the United States, with whom Bradley now has future contacts.

He hasn’t even finished school yet, but thanks to his creation, he already seems to be securing a promising future. His father, very proud, has enrolled him in a specialized construction training course to gain even more experience. And what would you like this young talent to build for you?
